源先跆拳道协会2009年12月份晋级考试 - Ancient Taekwon-Do Academy Grading Test 2009 December

源先跆拳道协会于2009 年12月的晋级考试刚刚落幕，我们的学员在这次的考试中都很努力的一最好的状态来表现自己，虽然不会是完美的呈现，但是相信他们都是尽了最大的努力来参与这次的考试。2009年12月6日是我们源先的黑带晋级考试，而这次有5位参加黑带考试的会员，他们分别是参加黑带一段,二段和三段的考试，而2009年12月13日便是所有Color Belt的会员的考试，在这里我们恭喜他们能顺利完成考试，请看以下当天考试的照片。

Year 2009 DEC - Ancient Taekwon-Do Academy was held a grading test for all eligible members. All of the member was try their best to perform in this grading test to get the great result. In the dated 06-12-2009, it was ATA Black Belt Grading Test. We have 5 members participate to the 1, 2 and 3 Degreed Black Belt grading. In 13-06-2009, we had a color belt grading test for our eligible members. Below are the photos snap in that day :

(06th December 2009) - Black Belt Grading Test

Our ATA Mr Lee perform a suspension reverse knife hand to strike 2 pcs 1 inch plank.

Mr. Lee perform a flying side kcik over 4 persons.

Yes, I am doing the elbow strike for 2 pcs 1 inch planks.

Mr. Lai was doing the jumping high front kick.
