2008 年8月30日和31日 第四届雪兰莪跆拳道（GTF）公开邀请赛

（吉隆坡）雪兰莪跆拳道（GTF）公会将于8月30日和31日（星期六和日），早上9点至晚上9点，在蕉赖Len Sen 花园的 Pusat Komuniti Bukit Cheras举行一场为期两天的跆拳道公开邀请赛。

本公会举办此次比赛的目的是为了要培养和选拔更多的跆拳道健儿，同时也让社会大众能多点接触跆拳道这一类有益身心的健康活动。此次的赛事估计将会有300至400位来自不同州属的跆拳道好手在现场一展身手，因此相信现场将会有一番龙争虎斗。

比赛的项目包括有男女个人套拳和自由搏击，参加年龄由7岁起，按照体重和身高分成小组进行。每位参加者的费用是 RM30.00.报名截止日期是 23/08/2008，希望热爱跆拳道的朋友踊跃参加，同时，本公会欢迎所有对跆拳道有兴趣的社会人士到现场观看，入场免费。详情请连络 汤仁彬先生 012-3667592 或 甘耀煌先生 016-2215802。

31-05-2008 ~ 01-06-2008 循人中学跆拳道集训营2008 Tsun Jin Taekwondo Training Camp2008

不好意思各位，因为这几天都比较忙没法把照片放上来和大家分享，现在就把当天的一些照片放上来让大家欣赏。这一次的集训营我们有幸，汤仁彬教练，侯宝华教练，赖健文教练和魏国明教练能在第一天来到现场，为我们循中道场的学员指导，他们各自都把他们的意见一一的传授给现场的学员，相信大家都能在这次的集训营中得益。

I wish to apologize for my late publish of this Taekwondo Camp photo to all of you. Now I upload some photos about that day Taekwondo training camp activities to share. This time we are really pleasure and glad can invite Instructor Mr.Thung, Mr.How, Mr. Ngai, and Mr.Lai come to our camp to share and teach. Our students are surprise and impress on their teaching. Because of this, I believe all of our student are benefit from this camp.

Whole day training member are tire, therefore, I have a short free and easy Q&A time with members.
After a rest, we must start our training again. Before that, I give some idea on how to perfom a powerful kick to our member.

I show a side kick to our member to enhance the different of side kick and turning kick.

After that, physical exercise and cooling down must do by all members. (Student)Ai.....a tire day just finish.

20/04/2008 Taekwondo Grading Test 跆拳道考试后记

Congratulation to all of the student participated the grading test on 20/04/2008, because you are PASS! In Future, I really hope all of you can keep on to achieve the higher score in the Taekwondo Grading Test. In the journey of learning the Taekwondo, color of the belt or the "Dan" of the black belt is not so important for me to judge my student level. However, all of my student should go for grading test to proof yourself. What you need to proof? Are you ready for further move upward and in the status of "Fit and Strong". This is the important point for me to view. Therefore, wish all of my student is a strong fighter in Taekwondo and also in their life.

恭喜所有在20-04-2008参加跆拳道升级考试的学员，因为你们都及格了！在将来，希望你们能继续加油并且能在每一次的考试中都获的更高的分数。在学习跆拳到的路途上，我并不以你们带上的颜色或黑带上的段数来作为衡量你们表现的最重要标准。但是，所有我的学生都必须在适当的时间上参加跆拳道的考试来证明你自己。证明些什么？-- 就是你已经有能力要使自己更上一层楼，同时你的意志和身体已经达到这一阶段的“强”。这就是我认为最重要的。因此，我希望我所有的学员都会是最强的战斗员，无论在跆拳道学习里或在你们的人生中。

中国广州之旅 - My China Guang Zhuo Trip

我在12/03/2008 ~ 17/03/2008和家人还有秀慧教练一起到了中国的广州，这一次去一半是旅游一半是工作。不过，我们这次去还有一点意外的收获呢，就是我们到了黄飞鸿的故居和咏春拳的一代宗师叶问的纪念馆。十分愉快的旅程。
I went to China Guan Zhuo during 12/03/2008 ~ 17/03/2008 with my family and Siew Huai (My assistant instructor). It was a business trip but also have time for me to visit there. We had a lot of gain in this trip. We visited the memorize stadium and old house of Huang Fei Hong and Master Yong Chun - Ye Wen. We really enjoy this trip.

这里是叶问纪念馆，这叶问师傅是咏春派的一代宗师，他在香港授徒时，李小龙也是他的学生。

This is Stadium of Master Yong Chun - Ye Wen. When he was staying in Hong Kong, Bruce Lee was one of his student.

看了这么多的武术纪念馆，秀慧教练已经等不及要和我砌磋了，唏~~~呀~~~~！

26/01/2008是我们循中跆拳道新学员来到的第一天，我们的旧学员举办了一次团康活动来欢迎他们，这次的团康活动除了是欢迎他们外，最主要还是要让新旧学员能互相认识和交流。当天的活动看他们还玩得蛮开心的，大家都放开胸怀的玩得尽兴，不相信？看看以下的照片就知道了。。。

26/01/2008 is a dated our Tsun Jin High School Taekwondo Dojang new members 1st day activity. Our senior members held a function and game to welcome them. This function not only welcome our new member but also let the new member can recognize more to our current members. All of our members are really happy and relax on that day activities, you can see this from their smiling face in the picture below.
